Anu Rao is a Registered Professional Biologist with a Masters of Science in Biology and more than 15 years of experience in the environmental field. She has collaborated with communities and organizations on ecosystem research, conservation, restoration and stewardship on the Pacific and Atlantic coasts of Canada and in 12 other countries. Ms. Rao has more than two dozen publications on environmental and social topics in academic and popular media. She speaks four languages and is trained in participatory facilitation and conflict resolution.
